Incoming Fabric Inspection
All incoming fabric rolls are checked for color consistency, weight, shrinkage, and defects before cutting begins. Substandard material is rejected immediately.

Inline Production QC
Random sampling during sewing — every 100 pieces, 5 are pulled for measurement and stitch inspection. Issues are caught and corrected in real time, not at the end.

Final AQL Inspection
100% visual inspection of finished garments to AQL 2.5 standard before packing. Measurements, stitching, print quality, trims, and labeling all verified against your approved sample.

Pre-Shipment Report
Detailed photo QC report delivered to you before goods ship — measurements, defect rate, carton markings, and loading photos. Full transparency, every time. Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) welcome.
